How Does the CAM-100B Work?
Standalone Security: In standalone mode, the CAM-100B acts as a secure "black box," recording up to 6 hours of Full HD (1920x1080) footage directly to internal memory or a microSD card. Captures a 140-degree wide-angle view (when Image Stabilization is disabled) to ensure the full context of any incident is recorded.
Real-Time Live Streaming (Wi-Fi): Connected to a Wi-Fi 6 (2.4/5 GHz) network, the camera streams video in real-time via ONVIF Profile G/S standards. This allows control room operators to view live feeds immediately when an incident occurs.
The "Smart" Partnership with Icom IP110H: When used with the RS-CAM100 Video Management System, the camera links with the Icom IP110H Wi-Fi Radio. If a security guard presses the PTT (Push-to-Talk) on their IP110H, the control room monitor automatically pops up the live video feed from their specific body camera. This ensures immediate visual context for every distress call.
