Our full range of services include:

- Fast, free, responsive, expert technical telephone and email support to all of our clients.

- We handle any warranty repair claims and deal with the manufacturer directly on your behalf, keeping you informed every step of the way.

- We are the Australia & New Zealand National Service Centre for all 3M Peltor Headsets and Wireless Pacific warranty repairs.  

- Our team of dedicated technical staff can provide servicing to our existing clients including
radio system reprogramming, radio and battery health asssessments.

- Our engineers are also able to build and assemble complex, highly customised radio system solutions. 

- We also have capabilities within the state of Victoria to install and commission onsite radio systems. 

- As fully authorised dealers, we can get access to any product or part sold by the radio manufacturer (including items not listed on their standard sales catalog).
