Returns Policy and Exchange Questions

We are passionate about conducting all of our business with you in a fair way. We recognise that as an online store, we have to work harder to win your trust and business. We are not here for a quick buck, but very much hope to win your business again and again.

Therefore, in addition to all of your consumer rights as outlined by the ACCC, we offer a further generous returns policy on all of our products, including a money back guarantee on our batteries. To find out more about these policies, please read below. We offer these as a commitment to establishing a long-term relationship with you.

1) Return Policy

If you purchase a product from us and decide that you not longer want it, we can offer you a refund, less a 15% restocking fee, if the following criteria are met:

- The Product is unopened, and in re-saleable condition.
- The exterior of the package is free from damage or markings of any kind.
- The product will be returned to Radio Warehouse within 14 days of the original purchase date.

If your return meets the above criteria,  contact our Customer Service team for an RMA number.

Upon getting your product back to us (via the approved shipping method below) Radio Warehouse will exchange your purchase or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment – less the shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. 

Please note that we offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all of our Wireless Pacific batteries and there are separate terms and conditions for returning these below.

2) Battery Money Back Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with the Wireless Pacific batteries, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee, if the following criteria are met:

- The battery must be free from physical damage and markings of any kind.
- The battery will be returned to Radio Warehouse within 14 days of the original purchase date.

If your return meets the above criteria, contact our Customer Service team for an RMA number.

Upon getting your battery back to us (via the approved shipping method below) Radio Warehouse will refund your money back via the method you made your purchase with us. Alternatively, we can credit you so that you can buy an alternative battery.

3) Returning a Defective Product

If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any Radio Warehouse supplied product, please contact Customer Service to report the defect and to obtain an RMA number to return the goods to us.

If your product does have a defect, your product is covered under the terms of your product's warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product. We can advise you on what the repair process will be. In many cases, we have technicians who can carry out warranty repairs. Alternatively, we deal with the manufacturer on your behalf. Please note, if your product is out of warranty, a small assessment fee may apply. 

4) Shipping of Returned Goods

If returning Product: 
Radio Warehouse requests that you 
(1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and 
(2) either insure your package for safe return to Radio Warehouse and declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. 

If you choose not to use a carrier that offers tracking or insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping and we cannot be held responsible.

Always include a completed RMA form with any products you are returning to us. We cannot process your returned goods without an RMA number. Please return your products in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

5) Restocking Fee

Radio Warehouse apply a 15% restocking fee on all returns which are not subject to product defect, except for Wireless Pacific batteries (which attract no restocking fee subject the terms and conditions above).
